Hi my screen is totally black and won't come on then out will for a simple watsap then goes black again EE keep sending messages to restart phone but still goes black 0kease can anybody advise as quite desperate thankyou

What do you mean by "keep sending messages to restart phone"? Are you saying that new message notifications cause the screen to come on?

When the screen goes black, do you see a Samsung logo? I.E, is it restarting?
