I am experiencing problems with my phone. I can receive txt messages and I can ring contacts but no one can ring me - its says this person is not available at the moment.... I have tried turning it off and on again but still experiencing the same thing.

Does anyone have any ideas before I have to go into town - Many thanks

What kind of phone are you using? Is it possible that you have Do Not Disturb mode on? There's usually a little icon at the top, a moon shape or something similar.

Hi I did think of that and there is nothing but I have gone into my settings and on sim 1 there is a totally different number than my actual number... this is bonkers !!

Did you port your number into EE when you first had this phone?
