Samsung watch 4 overheating

My Samsung watch 4 has recently stop working it will turn on for about 5 minutes and the a warning ⚠️ signs comes on with device turn off needs to cool down then switches itself off any idea what to do.

I tryied resetting it but does the same things it keeps overheating and coming on with a warning ⚠️ saying needs to cool down.
