Just received my galaxy watch 5 with unlimited data plan, using galaxy wearable how do I set up my new esim, I only have the option to purchase a plan.

Did you buy the Galaxy Watch 5 from EE? Do you have an EE pay monthly contract with a phone?

Yes I purchased through ee and do also have a pay monthly phone,

I was sent out a second sim with the watch

Is there an option to 'use code' when you're setting up the mobile plan in the wearables app, @Carlmacca20?

When I use my pay monthly phone sim to set up it gives me a option to scan qr code but I was sent a new physical sim with no qr

Ah, I see, @Carlmacca20.

I suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check the way it's set up from our end and send an eSIM, if needed.

Hi, I have a monthly ee plan on my phone. I need to use same mobile number on my galaxy watch 5. When I try to set up mobile plan for my watch, it shows use QR code or activation code from the service provider. Please help me on this.
