My Good as New Samsung A53 5G Phone has a flickering screen - Request another?

I've had the phone for 2-3 weeks now and its done this from the beginning, but I thought I was imagining it at the start because it happens very fast.

So the screen will flicker when switching app screens and my fingerprint usually takes tries to be recognised, with and without a screen protector. Can I still request another "Good as new" phone at this point?

Hi, So I called E, and because its within 30 days and faulty they are providing a free replacement.
