Hi there,

I am also having this problem. 6 days ago I was receiving messages and now they have just stopped. Trying to log into my banking and tax back in the UK.

I tried to follow your instructions in 2 different phones and desktop but these steps do not appear anywhere on the page, I even searched for them 'Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK'.

Could I please get a little more help please I dont know what to do 😞

Can you receive texts from other numbers, is this verification texts you aren't receiving?

Can you receive calls?

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly account?
