Hi Leanne,

I placed an order on August 5th for one of these watches for my son and it has yet to arrive. I have the order number and have tried to track it, but it's not valid. EE is billing me £10 a month to connect this device, but it's not here yet.

Also, I can't find the way to talk to someone about this. I've been on the phone a few times. The first time, I called the store in Elgin where we used to live and they said they could access my account if I was in the store, but we live remotely now. Our nearest store is more than an hour away. The folks said I could call 150, but it's also difficult to get through and there seems to be no option for finding orders except tracking.

Are you able to help? I'd sure appreciate it. My son keeps asking me when his watch will arrive and his birthday has come and gone.
