      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded my contract and decided to go with the Flip 4 for something different,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The screen has already stopped working and there is a huge line in the middle of the fold area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rely on my phone for my business so luckily, I still had my old iPhone to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would you all recommend I do to get this sorted, I also don't feel I can rely on the flip4 to use for the duration of a 24-month contract, will EE let me pay to change/swap to another phone even after the cool down period is over?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2810307"&gt;@Streety19&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; They’ll not let you swap the device, &amp;nbsp; You need to call customer services so you can report the problem and have the device sent off to be looked at. &amp;nbsp; This is covered by the manufacturer warranty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
