Does anyone have a Samsung A13? I got a free one when I changed provider to EE. For some reason, A. it takes two days to fully charge, and B. the Sim card isnt working.

How is the SIM card not working?

The phone reads 'No sim 'emergency calls only'....therefore it is not
working. Unless I need to tweak something.

Is this on pay as you go or pay monthly?
