Incoming call not connecting

My incoming calls from my wife are going straight to voicemail. I have scoured the Internet for fixes but its more or less the same. calls are now not going to voicemail because I disabled it but now just says line is busy. She can still txt me and she can call me on watsapp. Can anyone help. We're both on ee

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Just to check, there are no blocked numbers showing in your phone settings?

Could you try swapping your SIM cards in each others phone if possible, to see if the call comes through?
