Replacement watch.

I ordered a brand new Samsung galaxy watch that was delivered 3 days ago, once fully charged it only lasts me a maximum of 3 hours just wearing it and not using any other bits on it, what can I do to fix this as I'm not paying £16 a month for a watch o can't even use for a full day at work
