Recently upgraded to oppo X5 absolutely awful, keeps disconnecting Bluetooth every time a text or email comes through. Completely useless persevered since April but can't stick it any longer . Would ee do exchange or do I have to wait til contract ends ?

@Thart2012 You have 12 days to report any faults with the device to get it exchanged and you get a 14 day cooling of period from purchase after this time the device is yours. if the device is faulty you’ll need to call customer services about this so the device can be sent off to be looked at. You can not exchange the device.
