Watch 4 offer bought flipz3 2 days ago and cant claim ?

Hi ,

I bought the zflip 3 , 2 days ago and was told to claim on the 27th for the watch 4.

I have gone to the claim page and it is saying the following

To take part in this promotion, you must have made your purchase between 13th May - 9th June 2022. Your claim must have also been submitted within 14-45 days of your purchase date. For more information, check our Terms.

Could you confirm if u can only claim after 14 days ? I was told I could do it 2 days later on the 27th?

Original purchase was the 25th May.

Yes, you cannot claim the watch before 14 days after purchase. This is because up until then you have a statutory cooling-off period during which you could take advantage of & return your phone. No one would want to send out a free gift until they are sure of the sale of the main product.
