I am trying to install the my ee app but it's stuck on pending. I have tried restarting my phone several times. I had the app previously and it had been 'archived' or something similar

I do not know much about Android, but just wanted to check that updates have been installed on your mobile? Not sure why it was archived, but I believe @bristolian may know more about Android and should be able to help.

I hadn't been using ee for a couple of years, I thought I had deleted the app and when I got a new SIM and went to app manager it said something like reactivate app? decided to do an update but now won't install and open

Can you remove the app from your phone app settings and cancel the download, then try and download the app from your play store?

No. the app is not visible in my list of apps, so I can't delete it

Have you tried clearing the cache on google play in the setting menu works for me all the time when apps are pending
