Why do I hear: call to this number are barred from your phone when I try to call Polish number? I don't have a blocked person, I turned on and off the flight mode, international calling is not enabled.

Are you in UK? Are you on contract or PAYG?

International calling should be enabled in your MyEE.

Please log in to your My EE Online and follow these steps:

Menu > Manage Device > Ensure Calling Abroad is ticked.

There is no such option in My EE app nor on the website. Did anything change? I cannot call any number although I got add-ons.

To find your roaming settings in My EE go to Menu > Account Settings > Control Content > Roaming abroad

If pay monthly, are you registered as the bill payer in My EE?

I'm on pay as you go, I'm abroad now in the EU and that's the first time I topped it up. I have two £5 add-on with minutes and texts for most of the UK lines. I can't text 150, I can't call 150, I can't make any calls, I can't do anything.

Hi @cristiantobol,

New pay as you go SIM cards need to be used on the EE network in the UK before they are able to roam on international networks.

If the SIM card wasn't activated and used in the UK, it won't be possible to use it abroad.

Call to this number are barred, I called yesterday and it worked so I don’t understand. In the MyEE app I can’t find how to change, because we are in 2021 the app is updated as well

I am in UK, I am trying to call a number inside UK, I've got everything set up, however I can't call this number. Any help or do I have to change provider?

Support from phone is not helpful at all

Is it just the one number that is effected? Can the same number call you?

Can you let me know the error message you get when you dial the number?
