Appletv activation

Hi there,

I was offered a 6 months trial to apple tv so i claimed it, currently on the eetv app it states that I need to activate the free trial however when I press the activate button it asks me to complete it on apple.com, I have no idea where to start.

Just to be sure, have you tried activating this directly through your account yet, as indicated in our help article here?

If you did, did you receive the activation link via text?

Hi,

I have attempted both on the app and website, on the website the option of apple tv is no longer available, however on the app it is there, yet when I press activate there is always an error message (see pics).
