How to get an additional TV Box with EE?

Hi, can anyone advise on how I can order an additional TV box - I joined EE recently and have two boxes but need a third for a bedroom.

I have tried calling several times now but cannot access a human voice. No chatbot can help. And I cannot see an area on the website or App to make an additional order. Is it always this hard to spend more money with EE?

@Stezwardo Stop selecting option 1 when you call customer support and listen to the other options given.

Hey @Stezwardo, you can currently have 2 additional boxes so 3 in total.

It will cost you an additional £5 and should be able to order if you give us a call or chat with us. I'm sorry you've had some problems getting in touch with us. I'd encourage you to give it another go!
