EE tv box requesting ITV login repeatedly

Every time I restart my ee box I have to login to ITV, ITVx - even though it tells me I only have to do it once.

Anybody any clues how to fix this?

ITV in’it.

Had to do it 3 times yesterday on our Mini box before *they* recognised the code *they’d* generated.

I sometimes think ITV makes the live and ITV X experience so crap in order to drive people to the pay for plan.

We’re already paying by virtue of watching their ads. Then, if it’s live, we have to pay someone else as well.

And it’s done it again tonight.

Couldn’t be ar5ed so went straight to channel 3 on the TV itself and no problems.
