Picture and sound out of sync

Hi folks. I've been using EE TV for about a month now and my picture and sound are never in sync. There's a delay to the audio. I've used the standard TV speaker and soundbar but both are the same. Is there any handy way to sort this before I go completely insane with it?

Assuming you are using an EE TV box, not Apple TV, you can adjust the “Synchronise Picture & Sound” setting in:

Home > Settings > Picture & Sound > Synchronise Picture & Sound

It's an issue on the main EE TV Pro box and the mini boxes

I've reset them all and the issue persists

I've also been on the audio delay setting, it just makes the problem worse

I have exactly the same issue.

Have you tried switching the TV Pro box sound from 'surround " to "stereo "? That helped for me but has not completely fixed it - for some reason I still have sync issues with ITV 1. I've no idea why one channel should be worse than any other when streaming.
