Now TV/EE not connecting

I have subscribe to the Big Sports 4K bundle on EE, however I am unable to watch sky sports through the now tv connection. When clicking on a sky sports channel it says not set up.

I have looked on my now tv account and there doesn't appear to be any active subscriptions on it. I can watch TNT sports and have them in HD.

Any help please on connecting them

Have you spoken to our TV team to check your subscriptions are active and set up correctly on your account?
