Discovery + activation

Am trying to activate discovery +, press activate, it asks me to log in to ee then just sends me to home page and no sign of anywhere to activate. Any help.appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

When you say that you are pressing activate, is that within your EE app or on the EE website under Manage, TV & Sport and activate from there?

Have you tried it through a different browser or by clearing the cookies and cache?

I am having exact same issue. When I try to activate it through QR code on tv it takes me to discovery, then I click the EE tv and broadband package I'm on and it just takes me to EE's home page. Any help?

Have you tried heading over to https://www.bt.com/sport/discovery-plus and select the option for activating through EE?
If you're still not able to sort this, please get in touch with our customer care team, and they'll be able to double check everything is active as it should be at our end.
