Renewed Contract

Good afternoon
I know ive already asked about this with EE, but does anyone know if my renewed contract starts on the 20th in 2 days time, how soon will I get some sort of notification or even receive the T/V box, it's getting rather near the start date?

Welcome to the community.

The equipment usually arrives around two days before installation. If you haven't received anything by tomorrow, it may be worth calling to check your order.

Update

I have received messages from EE, my contract will start at 23.59 on the 20th February.

The box is being delivered on the 21st of February, late afternoon, at least something is happening
