    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4702245"&gt;@Kevin1511&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Only the First generation T1000 series BT Youview&amp;nbsp; are no longer supported&amp;nbsp; by the Youview&amp;nbsp; platform.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you had a current&amp;nbsp; EETV subscription or service then you should have been sent/offered a second generation&amp;nbsp; box when the T1000 service was withdrawn. If you still have a current EETV service contact BT or EE to enquire&amp;nbsp; about a box upgrade. This assumes that you have not previously&amp;nbsp; had a replacement&amp;nbsp; box issued.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a BT YouView box (part of the EE deal years ago).&amp;nbsp; I understand it's no longer supported (from last February I believe).&amp;nbsp; Some apps such as Prime video and my5 etc aren't working.&amp;nbsp; Can I order a new EE TV box?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
