On joining EE I paid the fee for Now TV to enable me to buy a day pass for football games. This has only ever worked once. Every other time I've tried to buy a day pass, I get a message saying I have to call EE to get the content, instead of seeing a 'purchase' link on the screen.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? When I call the guys at EE always do manage to get the pass sorted out, but I should be able to buy it via the TV.

Quick update. I spoke to a very helpful man on the EE helpline this morning who, whilst not being able to make the day pass purchase on their side on my behalf (as they've done previously), did suggest signing in on the Now TV website and buying the day pass from there. This has worked a treat 👍

Still need to talk to them about fixing the fundamental problem, as was told that there are errors on their side and they can't access my account now for 24 hours, but I'm happy with the suggested alternative.
