      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. I recently ordered a TV with tnt sport added for 24 month as an add on. I have received the TV but cannot activate the sports. One time activation says I have nothing to activate. I have tried ringing 150 but we all know that's a waste of time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4696182"&gt;@simonwhittaker&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Welcome to the EE Community&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The TNT add-on should be activatable via &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/tntsports" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/tntsports&lt;/A&gt; after entering your number and confirming the PIN, is this the page you have been trying?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have multiple numbers on your account make sure you double check which number your TV add-on is being billed on, as that will be the number with the TNT Sports add-on and so is the number you need to enter and confirm the PIN for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;If after confirming the PIN and getting to the activation page you do not see any Discovery+ add-on with an activate button, it would suggest that the add-on is not active on your account unfortunately, which will require contacting one of our guides to resolve.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No phone call at 10, and still no subscription. Eventually I phoned again. At one point, while I was on hold, I got this text message:&lt;BR /&gt;"You're now paying an extra £5 to add BT Sport Ultimate to your BT Sport subscription."&lt;BR /&gt;This is not of course what I was asking them to do.&amp;nbsp; Later on I received another text saying that my 12 month (!) TNT Sport subscription had been set up. When I clicked on the link to activate it I was taken to my Discovery Plus account, to which TNT Sport had apparently been added. I don't know how this compares to TNT Sport "proper".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Text said 12months but he emailed me a screenshot saying 24 month and free of charge. I have since had a text saying it will be £5 a month but will chase this if they try charging it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks all for your help and guidance but I suspect there are plenty more with the same issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You'll have to phone the help line. The chances are whoever you speak to won't have a clue what you're on about, so you'll have to persevere. It took me two hours, mostly on hold, over two days, but we got there in the end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
