&lt;P&gt;What do you see? &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you are on the correct HDMI input to see the EETV display?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, hold down the On/Standby button on the box (not the remote) for just over 8 seconds until i&lt;SPAN&gt;t soft reboots, and see if this helps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to factory reset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having issues with accessing the App Icons and have tried a soft reset to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to carry out a factory reset but have same issue. When I press the home button I dont see any App Icons or the menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone had similar issues and if so how was it resolved? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
