&lt;P&gt;In Settings/Audio, switch the box to Surround Sound. It doesn’t matter if you have a surround system connected or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Hello,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I have a EE TV Pro box, find that the sound is not very loud, have turned the sound up on the box to full but the sound is still not loud,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;have spoke to EE Phone support all they told me was they new about the issue but could not fix it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Any help would be great.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Thanks&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Profile closed&amp;nbsp; The volume is poor then only way you can around this is to increase the TV volume so the box volume can then be lowered. &amp;nbsp; It’s a pain especially if you watch anything not via the box as the TV volume is then to loud.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got my EE TV and had same problem. I was able to use my Sky remote to turn volume up to the max, then used the EE remote to turn volume down. Now I have a much wider range on EE remote.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
