Sound is not loud on EE TV PRO Box.

Hello,

I have a EE TV Pro box, find that the sound is not very loud, have turned the sound up on the box to full but the sound is still not loud,

have spoke to EE Phone support all they told me was they new about the issue but could not fix it.

Any help would be great.

@Profile closed The volume is poor then only way you can around this is to increase the TV volume so the box volume can then be lowered. It’s a pain especially if you watch anything not via the box as the TV volume is then to loud.

In Settings/Audio, switch the box to Surround Sound. It doesn’t matter if you have a surround system connected or not.

Just got my EE TV and had same problem. I was able to use my Sky remote to turn volume up to the max, then used the EE remote to turn volume down. Now I have a much wider range on EE remote.
