I have recently changed from Sky to BT for my Broadband and tv package and sim only deal with my phone. Can someone please tell me if Netflix is free with BT tv package deal? I ask this because, I keep reading it should be and can’t get through to talk to anyone they are about to charge me. Thank you

Netflix is included with your subscription, and will have been set up using the same email address that you logged into these forums with. If your existing Netflix account was using the same email address then billing will automatically switch to BT. If you used a different email address then it will still continue to be charged for.
