Just to clarify

You have an EE TV pro box and a mini box but want to add a third Apple TV box is that correct.

EE have said you're on the wrong broadband plan for the extra Apple Tv.

@Dwaynepowell If you’re broadband connection it’s not good enough to support 3 EE TV boxes then EE will not give you a 3rd one. And EE will not give you an EE Apple TV box because you already have the pro box. You can have one pro box and the mini box or one EE Apple TV and the mini box, you can not have a pro box and an EE Apple TV.

The phone you have has nothing to do with the broadband and EE TV subscription you have.
