    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’ve recently moved to EE TV. &amp;nbsp;We have an EE TV Box Pro.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;At the moment we lose sound when watching Discovery Plus after adverts (it’s not consistent which adverts). &amp;nbsp;We have to exit dyne programme and go back on to get the sound to return.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had the problem and been able to solve this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Lots of people; and no, not yet, though EETV are aware of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rather than exiting, though, try just backing up a little, which has been reported as working for some people.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for getting back to me. &amp;nbsp;It’s good to hear that EE TV are aware of the issue. &amp;nbsp;In your experience, are they good at fixing issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried the rewind solution and it does work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Much Appreciated .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;They take their own sweet time, and they may have to wait for Discovery to do something, but they won’t let go of it.&lt;/P&gt;
