      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to activate Netflix which should be included in my TV package, I didn’t receive any activation email when I took the contract and I’m going around in circles, can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;had to pay to keep Netflix active which I shouldn’t of had to do!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Called EE and raised complaint, they then closed the issue/complaint via email without resolving anything. Open the Netflix on your TV box , click Join Now, enter your email address then chose the plan that is included as part of your package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
