Internet Channels are Pixelated

All of my internet channels from SKY News HD to TNT Sports HD are pixelated, and have been for over a week.

I’ve retuned the channels, etc but nothing appears to get it back to normal. Plus since I switched from BT TV to EE the channel SKY Comedy has been pixelated on a regular basis, but nothing appears everyday.

Hi @BenMarkSCR, welcome back to the EE Community.

Have you had a chance to run a check on your broadband connection to make sure this isn't having an impact on the channels being streamed?

Also are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet?

Thanks for checking that @BenMarkSCR, have you had a chance to run a speed test on you line too?

Also how is it that your box is connected?

We have trouble with channel 5 pixelating since we changed to EE.

Are you watching channel 5 using an aerial or through IP (internet)?

Is your TV box connected via Wi-Fi or through Ethernet cable?
