topic BBC Channels in TV

BBC Channels

Over the last 24 hours both BBC2 (2) & BBC news channels (231) have disappeared from my EETV channel guide. Anyone having similar issues? I have tried rebooting the TV but it remains the same.

You might have more luck rebooting the EETV box, which is where the problem is.

But what device is the EETV box, and if a Box Pro, is it in Aerial Mode or IP Mode?

Snow could be affecting terrestrial TV, but it doesn’t by and large get into the internet, and certainly not fibre.

Have you got a TV or TVs with an aerial connection, and are those affected, including the one you rebooted?

Thank you for your reply & advice. I use an EE Box pro in IP mode. This has been rebooted but the issue of the missing BBC channels remains although BBC1 (channel 1) is unaffected. I have a TV in another part of the house in aerial mode & this receives both BBC2 (channel 2) & BBC News (channel 231) absolutely fine.

I shall contact EE tomorrow & see what they have to say.
