If so have you visited ee.co.uk/netflix to try and activate it from there?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If Netflix is included as part of your TV package, check your original order confirmation e-mail for activation instructions or login to your EE online account and you should be able to activate it via the Manage TV and Sport section.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
