Changed from SkyQ, definitely not as good for TV, ie recording on mini boxes, however with Sky Q i had 3 mini boxes installed in house, Sky Q only allowed 2 boxes broadcasting at anyone time, but i got a bit cheesed off moving 2nd box about house to view, so I got a third box linked, so all i needed to do was switch the power off on 1 and start the 3rd one to get going, can this be done with EE mini box ?

You don't need to power anything off with EE TV - when you reach the box limit, you'll be prompted with a button that you just need to click, and it'll remove the subscription from one of the other boxes and enable it on the current one. You can do this as often as you like.
