      <title>EE TV Internet mode</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, recently got EETV Pro box, I have no aerial so &amp;nbsp;have set up the box I’m assuming in internet mode. Unfortunately most channels like BBC, ITV Channel 4 etc are not showing up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried factory reset via the menus and also tried retuning the channels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to rectify please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;According to our logs, your box isn't in Internet Mode - it's in aerial mode, so the only channels you're seeing are the subscription channels.&amp;nbsp; You've mentioned that you don't have an aerial - did you connect any cable to the aerial port?&amp;nbsp; If so, disconnect it (regardless of whether than cable goes anywhere) and try factory resetting your box again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
