Hi

Our broadband speed is around 800, but when watching Nickelodeon or other channels that run through broadband, rather than the aerial, it's jumpy/glitchy/freezes and after a couple minutes comes up with the error in the photo. I can run a speed test at the same time and still be getting full connection 🤷‍♀️ any help greatly appreciated 😁

How far is the router from the EE TV device? Is it connected to the router using a network cable or is it WiFi?

@Kirstie27

The error is IPC6023 which means multicast isn’t working. Your apps will work, or should at least, but you won’t get any live channels.

That it works, however badly, for a couple of minutes means that the error is on your property, not out in EETV’s network.

Besides @Weerab2024 ‘s question above, are you using any non-EETV equipment as part of your network connectivity (Mesh, repeater, access point, older models of PLA, etc.)?

If you are, can you disconnect it and try again, at least as a test?
