Error IPC600 TNT Sprts 1 not available

Hi please advise - trying to watch the rugby on channel 430 TNT sports 1 and getting told channel is unavailable IPC6007. Nothing has changed set up wise, any ideas? Rugby starts in 30 minutes!

Thanks for replying. It was all the TNT / Eurosport channels, Sky sports channels were all available

Got them back by carrying out a reset of the EE Box Pro, I’m hoping this is not going to be a regular thing going forward. Any idea what causes this?

I have no idea, our technical team would be the ones to shed some light on this so if it happens again, make sure to let them know so they can investigate it further.
