Remote won’t Pair with my TV

So I have just upgraded to fiber and have a TV pro box. I have been trying to pair my remote with my rv but it won’t do it. The EE button on my remote flashes 3 times (it’s not purple like guide says) but still won’t do it

my TV is a Smart Tv curve Samsung make: UE55JU7500. Oddly my tv upstairs is a smart tv, a Samsung again but older than my tv downstairs, the remote works on my tv upstairs but not downstairs

aftwr I have tried pairing my remote my normal remote for the tv has limited functions and can only do sound but can’t access menus. I have had to turn everything on and off again to correct it

any advise?

I've had a check here and from what I can see your EE TV remote should pair with most TVs automatically; this was certainly the case with my LG OLED.

Just to be sure, is it home and 9 that you're holding to try and reset it, as there's a chance it could now be paired with your other TV.

mant thanks for your reply. It miraculously started working god knows what had happened.
As I had turned tv on and off again etc but it just seemed to correct itself

Hi, I have just bought a JVC Roku tv, and my EE remote won’t pair. Just read online that this type of TV is not compatible with EE remote!!
