&lt;P&gt;Thanks for coming to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can understand your frustration at the box freezing when you are trying to watch something.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it just freezing while using the apps, or is it happening with live TV as well?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you say you've reset it, was that just restarting it or a full factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My ee tv box keeps freezing. It just randomly stops working. This has to be the worst service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can't even email someone to get help. Over the past week, I have had to reset my box at least twice a day. Netflix, Prime, my5, none of them will work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
