I pay for the complete sports package and it states that I should have European cup rugby as highlighted below but cannot see it? Why

Welcome to the EE Community

As of this season TNT Sports no longer hold the rights for the European cup rugby unfortunately, but they do continue to broadcast the Gallagher Premiership Rugby.

Can I ask the exact page you are seeing the image shared above with the Champions Cup showing as one of the competitions so I can feed this back to our team to update.

The first two rounds of Champions Cup rugby are now passed, the next 2 rounds are Jan 10-12 & 17-19

Having seen a few games those first two rounds, you're certainly not missing much! It's not a patch on the Premiership for numerous reasons.
