I’ve got Disney plus as an add on to phone contract, can I watch it on my television?

@Mali68 You most definitely don’t have that with EE as it’s not offered by EE, you can not even get Disney plus with EE TV.

What phone contract, with who?

As long as it’s not restricted to mobile only (ask whoever sold it to you) you can watch it on any smart TV which carries the Disney app, or smart stick such as Roku or Firestick, or a smart device, such as the AppleTV, which carries it. You will have to use the same login details you use on your phone.

The only EETV device you can watch Disney on, to date, is the AppleTV box. The Boxes Pro and Mini don’t have it.

Sorry for mixup, yesterday I posted that my Disney plus won’t work on my tv, it’s actually apple tv that I’m trying to play through my tv as an add on

We don't want you to have any issues using any of the features on your TV, so we do want to get this sorted. Do you have Apple TV included as part of your plan?

@Mali68 Then you need to download the Disney+ app from the Apple TV App Store and login to your Disney+ account. EE don’t offer Disney+ so it’s your own subscription to that service.

@Mali68 Have you completed the setup for Apple TV+, when it is part of an offer with your mobile plan this should be done by a link sent out via text.

If you have done that and can login on your phone and watch Apple TV+ ok, then you just need to download the Apple TV+ app from your TV appstore and login with the same details you use to login to Apple TV+ on your phone and it will work on your TV.
