No sky movies

I am new to EE TV. (I paid nearly £155 a month for Virgin and I'm on benefits!)

So far I am not impressed: I don't have HD in sport channels. I cannot open any Sky movies even though I have it in my package. I cannot find U Drama, U Dave etc.

What do I need to do to get the contents worth I paid for?

HD has just been enabled for new sports packages by default. I presume that you have full works if you have sky cinema as well or is it big entertainment and you have added sports separately?

You should have HD with full works by default.

If you have the Pro box and set it up without an aerial, the EE apple TV or mini box you don't get any of the free to air U channels in IP mode.

But you do at least get the U app, where you can watch U content on catchup.
