Legend channel is missing from my pro box,

Hi,

I hope someone can really help me, yesterday my mum was watching Legend she always watches it and all the sudden it disappear. I try to find it and it was no way to be seen! I tried to retune the channel and its disappear. I have selective mutism so it's very hard for me to call EE, is there anything that will help me i would really appreciate it!

Does it just appear to be that one channel that has gone?

There are some steps on our Missing Freeview channels on EE TV page to help to get it up and running again.

Let me know how you get on.
