Are your phone and tablet the same manufacturer? Do you have the option to try using a different browser? This information will be able to help us look into what is causing it.

Hi
Yes, they’re both Apple, ironically. I’ve tried using a different browser (Firefox), but the offer doesn’t appear on EE’s website, only in the app. In fact, ‘Manage Extras’ doesn’t appear at all on the site whichever browser I’m in. Only ‘Get Extras’ and ‘What You’ve Got’. I have a pc, but I’m not sure there’s any point firing it up when the offer doesn’t appear on the website. My pc is dedicated to something else and I really shouldn’t have to start downloading apps on to it as well just to retrieve an offer.
Kind regards
Ethan Black

Thanks again, but it’s not on. Pretty certain it’s EE blocking it because I’ve had the freeby once before when I bought an iPhone. This time the offer came with a broadband and tv package so should be treated as a new offer, but their computer doesn’t see it that way. Churlish technology. What next?!
Kind regards
***** *****
