EE TV MINI box always pixelating

TV mini box in the bedroom pixelating all the time. The box is hard wired and no other issues with router. It’s an LG tv. Any thoughts?

@PeteL4 Is the pixelation occurring when watching both Live TV channels. ( from the EPG) and on demand players ?

Yes, it pixelates on all channels eg BBC1, SKY Sports and TNT sports etc.
As mentioned the box is hard wired but is the same if I switch to wi fi. All very frustrating; it is unwatchable-waste of time having the box!

Are you able to test the speed you're getting to your TV mini box while connected wired?

Launch the Netflix app on the TV Box and select the "Get Help" option. From there, you'll find a speed test - what speed does that show the box is receiving?

speed is 60.20 Mbps.

This is an ok speed isn’t it?

no one else is watching tv on the main box at the same time. The pixelating happens intermittently , but regularly on the mini box irrespective of which station I am watching

Using a different HDMI port on the TV and/or a different HDMI cable might be worth trying.

Having the same problem. Very frustrating. Getting 116mb through speed test. Still get pixalation.

Any other ideas?
