Since changing to EE from BT, I'm getting sound and vision problems on my Sony television. I will be watching BBC Tv and suddenly my sound will begin to crackle and my picture will go off for a second and when it comes back, there is a delay between their lips and the corresponding sound. I am also getting intermittent sound on Netflix and other channels such as Amazon Prime.

This has only started to happen since my broadband was changed from BT to EE.
