&lt;P&gt;Could you please describe to us what was happening when you were trying to watch TV last night, and were all channels affected?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also which TV box are you using, and is this connected via WiFi or Ethernet?&lt;BR /&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Poor connection.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using ee for a while and getting all channels 9 including hd.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tonight, 9pm perhaps due to stormy weather the signal has dropped and l cannot get any internet TV&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally there does not seem to be a technician l can contact&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is really poor service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My internet as the e -mail shows is working&amp;nbsp; so why isn't the tv&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
