My TNT sports was removed from my account in error and I was told it would be put back soon. It still isn’t working and I have not been notified the problem has been resolved.

Was it as an inclusive extra that you were using TNT Sport, or were you paying for this monthly?

If you go to the add-ons in your EE app or online account, does it show the option to add TNT Sports again?
