New 'Most Watched' feature locks TV box

The latest software update has a new feature Most Watched Subscribed Channels, but when it is selected it locks the TV box, and requires a soft reset. Any ideas please?

Don’t select it. The box will then work as it used to.

Keep an eye out for a new release with a hasty fix.

I have also suffered with this issue for a few weeks now. The problem with "don't select it" is that it is in the exact place where Recordings & Watch List were so having had a BT and now EE box for many years my muscle memory automatically presses the big button on the remote for youview/BT/EE then arrow down twice and then OK.

I notified EE of the issue 2 weeks ago and they didn't understand what I was referring to so it's not even recognised as an issue so I don't know how it will get fixed?! It MUST be affecting many other people, however the physical function doesn't exist on any EE information I've searched. This post is the first thing I've found!

I’ve just briefly watched a couple of channels on my Box Pro to get this display populated, 465 and 466.

I’d prefer it if they supported Back, but it certainly doesn’t hang. Though both programmes currently populating it are still live. I’ll have to wait until they are over to see if maybe the problem occurs for me when they are no longer live,

Just checked again, and it still doesn’t hang. I suggest you try a soft reset on your boxes, maybe attempt a software update.
